I had contacted them while worrying about nose surgery, made a reservation, but couldn't go, so I said I'd contact them again for the next appointment. Even so, they kept pushing me by phone to book~! I hadn't even asked about events, but suddenly they said they'd apply an event price~! (out of nowhere) When I went for the consultation, they said revision surgery was absolutely over a certain price! (Phone conversation? lol) I can understand long waiting times and things like that, but the consultation manager really gave me a half-hearted consultation. I had taken time out of my schedule on purpose, but I couldn't even get a comfortable consultation. The doctor seemed professional, didn't over-treat, and the reviews looked good.
