The manager's consultation was good! The director also looked professional. They gave me an estimate as soon as they saw me and only said the necessary things. They weren't especially kind, but they answered everything I asked. They seemed busy.. but I still felt their professionalism was enough to trust them with surgery. The manager was articulate and kind! But for some reason, I got an uneasy feeling.
