I went in for a consultation, and the director explained everything thoroughly while drawing on paper. The manager was kind too, but during my consultation with them, they recommended surgery at another place, which felt a bit off... Still, the director talked about the benefits of the surgery and showed me before-and-after photos, so overall I was satisfied with the consultation.
