I went after getting consultations at 4 clinics in Gangnam and 3 in Bupyeong, and then heard there was a famous place in my neighborhood too, so I visited there. Usually, the consultation flow is manager (rough explanation of the surgery) -> doctor (design, surgery method recommendation) -> manager (price consultation), but here they took me straight to see the doctor. As soon as I went in, the doctor looked at my eyes for about 5 seconds and, while checking my skin type and eye condition, summarized what I'd been told at other clinics, so I felt a lot of trust. But it felt more like I was at an ophthalmology clinic than a plastic surgery clinic. How should I put it.... It felt less like a cosmetic surgery consultation and more like an eye consultation..? I told him I had a line I wanted, but he said that's not something he can just do, and that depending on the eye condition he would make a strong line, then let it flow naturally from there. So it could become out-fold or in-fold. And at another place they said I didn't have enough strength to open my eyes, but here he said I didn't lack eye-opening strength. I also agreed with that part, so I thought maybe he was a bit sharp but a master surgeon...? That's what I thought, but the more questions I asked, the more his behavior and attitude shifted into something like, 'What do you know?' I mean, as a patient, isn't it impossible to go into surgery just blindly trusting everything? And if it had only been the doctor, I could have ignored it, but the manager was ridiculous. Before I went in to see the doctor, it seemed like they couldn't remember my name. They pointed at me and said, 'Go on in~' Then after the consultation, when I came out and asked about the price because I didn't know it, they were on their phone, not even looking at my eyes, just telling me the price and that was it. When I tried to ask more questions, they were still looking at their phone and said, 'Yes~ If you have anything to ask, ask away~' but their words and actions were so different that I felt really upset. No matter how well they can operate, the service was terrible, so it's not a place I'll go back to....
