I got a CT scan and then consulted with the doctor, but they just looked inside my nose a little with the endoscope camera they'd use at an ENT clinic and gave me a consultation. They just roughly edited it in Photoshop and said it would come out looking like this. I consulted at several places, but I didn't really get the feeling they were good at surgery. After the consultation, when I talked with the consultation manager, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. I want donor rib cartilage, but anyway, compared to the cost of surgery, I don't feel confident about the satisfaction level.
