The director spent more than 20 minutes with me, being extremely kind and detailed during the consultation. They took photos first and then showed me the expected post-surgery result with Photoshop on top of them. I wanted to set the surgery date right away. But then, while I was consulting with the manager, the pressure to pay a deposit on the same day was extremely intense. When I said I'd think about it only until tonight and then decide whether to pay the deposit, before I had even finished speaking, the manager closed the chart and got up to leave first;; I was going to let it slide since the surgery would be done by the doctor anyway, but the more I thought about it, the worse I felt, so in the end I chose between the two places and had surgery somewhere else. Staff training seems necessary.
