Because there was surgery going on, the waiting time was long. The director kindly consulted me about the necessary parts, but the consultation with the manager was longer, and since it was the first clinic I had consulted at, I didn't know much, so I couldn't ask many questions, which was a pity. Still, I think I heard an explanation of everything that was needed.
