They recommended autologous rib cartilage and said surgery might be possible if the tip of the nose is lifted a little. They said it's a difficult case, so the surgery wouldn't have a big effect, but at that hospital only autologous rib cartilage is possible and they said surgery could still be tried. I didn't choose autologous rib cartilage because it felt burdensome. If you want rib cartilage, you should get a consultation.
