They didn't recommend anything excessive and made a conservative plan to prevent future problems. They showed me the nose shape using Photoshop, and it seems like the aftercare will be the best. The consultation manager was also kind without being pushy. They're known for revision surgery, so I think they'll be good at using autologous rib cartilage, but I'm not sure whether they'll be able to make the pretty nose shape I want.
