The reviews are hidden on the beauty surgery app, so I’m writing an honest review here. I got neck wrinkle filler at this hospital before my wedding, but because of bruising my neck ended up looking even more saggy, and on the day of the ceremony I caked on concealer. The problem is their attitude toward aftercare: if you write a negative review, they say they won’t do AS. For AS too, they insist it’s absolutely not the hospital’s fault and say that because there’s been so much commotion, they normally wouldn’t do it, but they’re making an exception this time, then make you sign a consent form and only do a little touch-up on the really bad parts. In the end, for 700,000 won, the effect was very minor and I was stressed the whole recovery period. What really pisses me off is that the hospital director privately messaged me on the app and even threatened me with legal case examples, telling me to delete my review because I wrote honestly. The desk staff’s attitude is absurd too, and I was disappointed that the director acted so arrogantly just listening to those employees. If you keep bothering me with nonsense about lawsuits because I left another malicious review, I won’t just sit still either.
