I went to make an appointment for a revision nose surgery consultation, and I arrived at the appointment time, but they said the director was in surgery and I had to wait an hour, and they don't know when he'll come out. Then why is there even an appointment? They don't have a CT either, and if it's needed, I was told I'd have to get one from another hospital, and I'm not even sure the front desk staff were kind. I just left without getting the consultation.
