He did not seem confident that he could solve the part I consulted about. I went for revision eyelid surgery, but he recommended a forehead lift and said there was nothing he could do for me. I actually think it is conscientious of him to say he cannot do what he cannot do. I do not know whether his skill is good or not, but he seems to reject difficult surgeries.
