This is my honest review after paying for temporal muscle Botox myself. I grind my teeth somewhat, and when I am stressed, the temporal muscles around my temples and the sides of my head throb and feel very tight, so I finally decided to get the injections. The procedure itself was simple. Other than slight tightness when the injections were given, it was not particularly painful and ended quickly. Immediately afterward, the side of my head felt slightly heavy. To get straight to the conclusion, the effect was “so-so.” After about two or three weeks, the tightness in my temporal muscles and headaches seemed to ease very slightly, but I did not feel that my head became dramatically lighter or that my teeth grinding decreased much.
