After a non-open revision tip rhinoplasty failed and I ended up with a hollowing side effect (there was no inflammation or contracture), I started looking for a revision 6 months later and found this clinic.. It was a place I didn’t even know by name when I was making my consultation list, but one of the places on my list was a total disappointment at consultation / one said they wouldn’t even consult until 6 months had fully passed / one was way too expensive, so while looking at other clinics I found a blog post by Director Park Seong-woo about improving a nose with a case similar to mine and went to a consultation as if I were under a spell. Even now, I think it really was fate because this director was the only one who accurately pinpointed the cause of my nose problem. Other places just offered ordinary solutions like everyone else, but this doctor properly analyzed why the hollowing happened. I had even forgotten that my nose had undergone laser fat removal, so I couldn’t mention it, yet he immediately pointed out that the side with the hollowing seemed to have a thinner fat layer!! At that moment I knew this was the place. That delicacy and sharpness in noticing my problem even though I didn’t say it.. And he showed me how the side of my nose would change by actually pulling on it with a cotton swab, and by drawing it out too, and explained in detail, one by one, what surgery he would do.. He was the first person ever to number the steps 1,2,3,4,5 and write out the surgical sequenceㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I never even imagined a consultation this perfect and professional, so it was truly a whole new world for me. Later, when I was talking about costs with the consultation manager, they showed me the fixed-price chart exactly. Each item had a base price and an event price listed separately, and it made me think this was an honest clinic. Since it was a revision, the cost was a bit high, but.. there were even more expensive places, so it was within the maximum budget I had in mind. The staff aren’t the super-sweet, all-out-nice type, but they’re still more than kind enough. The director also isn’t the super-sweet, tender, overly kind type, but he is bright and kind. And I think professionalism, and accurately understanding and matching the patient’s needs, matter more than just being nice. The clinic facilities are clean and the spaces are well separated, which is nice, but I found it a little disappointing that the operating room was connected directly through one automatic door. The facility itself is clean and the location is very good. As for my expectations for surgery, even though there is still swelling, I’m very, very satisfied! But there is one thing I’m disappointed about, so I’m giving it four stars. My nostrils were already very asymmetric before surgery (and became severely asymmetric after the non-open surgery), and even though they said they would match them as much as possible, they’re still a bit asymmetric.. My nose itself feels like it’s leaning slightly to the right? But this is so minor that honestly no one noticesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even my family doesn’t notice it, it’s just me looking in the mirror and feeling a little disappointed.. Still, I’m disappointedㅠ so I took off one star.. Anyway, the director’s skills are truly legendary. He also seems to have studied physiognomy a lot, like a pure study nerd. He has a clear and clean impression. He gives off a trustworthy image. Just the confidence to photograph the immediate post-op result and post it on the blog without any editing says a lot.. His skill really seems proven. There are many different cases on the blog.
