They said that because my skin is thin, if I do the surgery as is, it might show through, so they suggested reinforcing the nose tip skin with autologous dermis (behind-the-ear dermis), using ear cartilage, and doing a Fit Me (custom silicone) rhinoplasty with cartilage tying for the bridge. The consultation was professional and the staff were kind, but when I look at the result photos, there seems to be some variation, so I'm still thinking it over.
