They explained things in detail when I asked, but it felt like they rushed through the consultation as if they had somewhere to be and were bouncing in their seat. The consultation manager seemed a little dull. It was a calm consultation, and they seemed fairly confident. They seemed to have a clear conviction about the surgery method. I also liked that the doctor said they would carefully handle all aftercare themselves.
