He said he had personally developed a method of multiple folding, or binding it several times. His experience seems to be very long, and you could really feel it. But the facility was truly so bad that I was scared to even lie down on the operating table, so I’m planning to skip it The consultation fee was 5,000 won, and I was quoted 180 for revision double eyelids and upper eye corner opening. For reference, they only do local anesthesia, not sedation.
