The director spent a long time on the consultation, around an hour. However, during the consultation, speaking informally was standard, and the tone was quite strong. To be specific, they gave negative evaluations of my facial features and bluntly explained the limits of surgery. Honestly, it got to the point where I stopped having expectations about the surgery. That said, I do think this kind of consultation could be better in some ways. Also, the facilities felt older than I expected, which made me even more reluctant.
