There are a lot of people, but the director is extremely thorough when doing laser treatment. After the procedure, the nurse's putting on the DuoDerm? sticker? was pretty sloppy, and the front desk isn't friendly either. More than anything, it's hard to get an appointment. It's hard to book on the day they open slots. And even if you do make an appointment, the wait is long.
