First of all, the consultation manager's insistence on a deposit was unpleasantly strong. The director seemed fairly old, so the feeling was that he was far from current aesthetics. He explained things using so much professional terminology that I honestly couldn’t really understand it. The facilities weren’t great either, and I didn’t feel at all like I wanted to have surgery there.
