- The hospital had older interior decor than other hospitals, but because of that it actually felt a bit less awkward. - There were two front desk staff, one consultation director, one eye director, and one nose director. - Nose They asked whether I had had nose surgery and first asked how I wanted it done. When I explained, they immediately understood why I wanted that shape. After asking me to sit close and lift my face to take a look, they spoke as if explaining to a professor, assuming I knew nothing at all about surgery and starting from the very basics, gradually adding questions in between (desired nose shape - how it would be done - surgical method - questions, etc.). They seemed to think very carefully about facial proportions, symmetry, bone structure, and so on (probably the type who values the natural characteristics a person already has and does not push beyond those conditions). They explained things while drawing pictures, and tried to make everything as easy to understand as possible, so people who have already researched a lot and know most of it, or people who only want the key points, might find it a bit boring. Personally, if I had another clinic consultation after speaking with this doctor, I think it would be better to leave plenty of time in between so I wouldn’t be late. I was anxious because the timing with my next consultation was tight, but the way they explained things slowly and in detail felt professional and like a true doctor. For me, their direction matched what I wanted, and I also liked the before-and-after photos they showed. I had asked all the questions I was curious about in advance, and they answered each one in detail. As for aftercare, they said that if it was obviously necessary for a reoperation from a common-sense standpoint, they would do it free of charge, but if it was only a cosmetic dissatisfaction, they would not. - Eyes They spoke gently and were kind. If case A is okay, they recommended buried sutures, and if case A is not wanted, incision would be better, so they let me choose, and they carefully asked whether it might be better to add other procedures too. That happened to be something I was already considering, so I didn’t feel bad at all. Even though my eyes needed a lot of work, they examined each detail one by one and said they could do all the surgeries I wanted, which made me happy. The director said they had more than 20 years of accident-free experience, which made me trust them more. They answered each prepared question one by one. - Consultation director At first I met the consultation director before the doctors, and they took a photo of my face and looked at the overall shape before talking about what approach would be best (previous surgery experience, facial shape, recommended direction, strengths of the hospital, desired surgery date, etc.). They welcomed and explained everything kindly until the end, and kept apologizing for the wait and asking for my understanding. But the photos they showed as examples of good surgeries were not my style.. According to the consultation director, for the nose, they will do it anytime if it feels uncomfortable, and for the eyes, if the stitches loosen or come undone within one year, they will take care of it.
