The managers all seemed like they didn't want to work, maybe because they were tired from the job. The doctor didn't push surgeries that weren't necessary and said something like, "How about just living with it?" so I liked that he didn't seem like a salesperson. But because I'm young, he said cases like mine aren't common, so I felt like he probably doesn't have that much experience.
