Well, the director was extremely kind and gave explanations in a way that made me trust him, but the consultation manager... wasn't unfriendly, but felt a bit lacking in professionalism. And the clinic was very chaotic. So somehow... I wasn't strongly drawn to it, and I don't think I'll have surgery here!
