I was late for the consultation time and met with a manager-type staff member, but she explained everything very kindly and well. She told me everything I definitely needed to do and not do for my nose. I don't know if the CT wasn't taken because I couldn't consult with the director, or if they just don't usually take it, but everything was fine.
