Factory-style hospital. You can’t tell who is in the waiting area. At around 2:40, I applied numbing cream, but I couldn’t get the procedure until 4:00. When I went to the counter and asked when I would be taken in, they only then said they would get me in quickly. Then, when I went into the procedure room, I was really anxious about having the procedure next to a patient under sleep anesthesia. I know it’s normal to have your hands and feet tied if you’re under sleep anesthesia, but I came for skin Botox after only applying numbing cream, and there wasn’t even a curtain next to the patient under sleep anesthesia. It was like a chaotic market, with them talking among themselves in front of patients about the wrong thickness of the skin Botox syringe, suddenly saying they would change the syringe, then going back to the original syringe. Next to me, someone under anesthesia woke up midway and shouted that it hurt, and the nurse told them to breathe. Being treated next to that with no curtain, packed closely together, made me anxious too. I really don’t want to experience that again. It was truly unpleasant and felt like money spent to drain my energy.
