The doctor explained everything in detail, checked my progress, and the aftercare was good. But the consultation manager was way too unfriendly.. It was the first time I’d seen such a kind doctor, and also the first time I’d seen a consultation manager this unfriendly. The consultation manager isn’t the one doing the surgery, so I just trusted the doctor and went ahead, and the surgical result was satisfying.
