I had a no-implant procedure, osteotomy, hump nose, crooked nose, and cartilage from the tip of the nose. It was my first surgery, and I went in thinking it would go well. One year after surgery, the bridge line of my nose is not smooth. So I contacted the hospital, and they said they would give me filler..... The tip of my nose is holding up well without sagging, but the overall line is bumpy, so I'm planning a revision surgery.
