Maybe because they have over 20 years of experience, you can feel the professionalism. I also asked about removing the under-eye fat graft, but they said Botox would be better. They said they don't recommend removal unless you're desperate enough to die for it, so I didn't go ahead with surgery. It seems like a fairly conscientious hospital.
