An acquaintance had it done here and it turned out so well that I got mine done here too. I literally became Nami from One Piece. The difference is my acquaintance had an inframammary incision and I had an axillary incision. We also used the same implant, but breast implants seem to depend a lot on a person’s tissue characteristics.. My acquaintance ended up with sagging breasts and a defined inframammary fold, and it really became like naturally large breasts. But I developed symmastia and bottoming out, so I had revision surgery.. Of course the inframammary fold didn’t form, and with such a large implant it looked awkward all by itself.. (Maybe the difference between axillary and inframammary incisions..) Anyway, in the end I had revision surgery at this same clinic too, and I reduced the size a lot. I reduced it by more than 100 cc. I went back two years after the surgery because I didn’t have time, and they took responsibility to the end and performed the revision surgery. Because I strongly disliked inframammary-scarring, they solved the bottoming out with an axillary approach, and one year later it has settled in well (Afterward, when I did some searching, I heard there are almost no doctors who solve bottoming out with an axillary incision.) For the first six months I was anxious that symmastia would happen again ㅠㅠ.. It’s unfortunate that the breast surgery I thought would end in one operation became two surgeries, but... it was still resolved well. And personally, apart from the shape, I think a suitable size that fits your body is better than something too huge..ㅎㅎ Maybe the problem from the start was that the implant was made too large?.. I wonder.. The director was kind both before and after surgery, explained things well, and seems to be the type who likes to make the size bigger and bigger. Personally, I think they’re good at creating shape with inframammary incision! The axillary incision was done twice, but I didn’t end up with a scar! And it seemed like they took responsibility for the inframammary scar to the end too.
