This was the hospital I was most excited about. The director was on Let Me In and is said to be a top-tier breast specialist.. The manager was nice, but the desk staff were rude. No matter what I asked, they looked annoyed, and they kept slamming the door when they left. The appointment time meant nothing. I had a 4:00 appointment, but I couldn’t even see the director’s face until 5:50, and when I said I wanted to leave because I had been left sitting there, the desk staff, with an irritated expression, said how could I expect a consultation in the middle of surgery, haha. That wasn’t what I meant; if there’s surgery, then the consultation should be scheduled for after that is done. It’s a clinic that can’t meet expectations as much as I hoped. Even the consultation gown smelled like it had been reused, and they say it shouldn’t smell like sweat there. I don’t think I’ll have surgery here. Also, the chief director can’t give discounts, and since they mainly handle revision cases, they only connect you if it’s really necessary.
