I went there through a friend’s recommendation. Both people had good results with their noses, so I decided to have surgery without going anywhere else. It had been more than 10 years since my first nose surgery, and my nostrils were very visible and the columella was not projecting, so it was very obvious that I had had surgery. To improve this, I had new silicone placed, autologous costal cartilage used for the tip, and surgery to lower the columella. After the surgery, a step formed in the silicone on the bridge, creating a bump, and the tip was pulled up too high, so the nose looked lifted and the visible nostrils did not improve. I still don’t understand why they pulled the tip up like thatㅡㅡ During the aftercare consultation, they treated me like a mentally unstable person because I cried while explaining that something felt wrong. I argued back, saying why would they do the surgery like this, but their response was basically, “Can’t you just get a revision surgery?” They told me to sign saying they would do the revision as described in the aftercare consultation and not complain later, and then to get lost. It was so absurd, unfriendly, and impossible to communicate with. They operated so that none of the purpose of improving my nose was achieved, and I thought if I let that person do revision surgery again, they would only make it worse, so I gave up on the aftercare. It feels like they just operate based on what they’re used to, without thinking about things like nasal cartilage asymmetry or shape. Really, when it comes to the nose, you have to research a lot before doing it.. Just because someone around you had a good result doesn’t mean your nose will turn out well.. And when I looked more closely at one friend’s nose that I had thought turned out well, I saw that their nose was crooked..
