The hospital is so factory-like that I only had a brief consultation with the head coordinator, and with the doctor the conversation was only along the lines of, 'You're getting XX done today. Then I'll put it here. It stings.' Other than being cheap, there aren't really any advantages, and I don't really know if the procedure worked.
