Consultation with Director Hong about revision rhinoplasty. He accurately diagnosed the problems with my nose and explained in detail what would be changed and how. Because my skin is thin, he recommended buttock dermis for the bridge, and decided to make the tip with ear cartilage. He said I wouldn't need costal cartilage. He drew it out in photos while explaining how much the height of the nose would be adjusted. The consultation was good because it was clean and to the point, without unnecessary extras. It was clear, so I felt I could trust him. My concern: general anesthesia
