They explained my eye shape and the surgical method well, and they honestly told me that doing my nose too would have a bigger effect, so I liked it. I had originally planned to do my nose, but I was scared and went in for a consultation about getting my eyes done, so I changed my mind and thought I'd do my nose first. The consultation with the manager was also fine.
