I had the surgery under the condition that only some before-and-after photos would be disclosed on the clinic website through the senior sister + hospital homepage, but one day while looking up this clinic on this community to read reviews, I found a photo of my eye. When I checked, it was the before-and-after photo I had sent to the clinic, and they had turned part of the review I wrote on the senior sister + into a glowing post about the clinic and uploaded it. I was horrified and scared, and I had never agreed to using my photo like that at all. I was so shocked that I contacted the clinic, and they replied that when a customer wants them to write a proxy review, they 참고 reviews and rewrite it anew, and that an employee must have confused me with another customer. Does that even make sense? It’s just an excuse. They posted my eye without permission, rewrote the words I wrote (the subjective or vague parts) and uploaded them, and seeing that they were active on this community as if the writer was me was a huge shock. The post was deleted by the clinic. Still, because this happened, I was left anxious, not knowing when or where they might post something using my eye again, and it also became a portrait-rights issue lol It was so absurd. What on earth is a clinic staff member doing writing posts as if they were the patient themselves? Everyone else, please be careful too. If you go here, you never know when or where your before-and-after photos might be stolen and posted without your permission.
