Finally bringing my buried stitch revision surgery review. I lived with uneven eyes for over 5 years.. and finally felt I couldn't go on, so after consulting at about 10 hospitals, I had my revision surgery at Igram, which had the best reviews and the best director ratings! Igram was the last place I consulted among the 10, but it was also the hospital I was most interested in on the revision surgery list, and they had a lot of photos of cases similar to mine, and the director explained everything so well~ Also, other hospitals often recommended that if you had already had one buried-stitch surgery, the revision should be done with an incision.. but I didn't have much time, and I wanted a natural result with buried stitches. From the start, the director at Igram said revision with buried stitches was possible, and said it could be done naturally while making the line higher than the one I already had, so I paid the deposit that same day! People with uneven double eyelids like mine will know exactly how stressful it is... I stopped taking selfies and my face seemed asymmetrical for no reason. The director immediately picked up on this complex of mine too, and I said, "Please schedule me on the earliest possible date!!" It's been one month since the surgery now, and since it was a revision, there's still a slight swelling, but they made the semi-out look I wanted. Right now it's a little thick, but in a way I think that makes it prettier ㅎㅎ so I'm saying, please don't let the swelling go down. ㅎ Still, they told me it will look even more natural and prettier once all the swelling goes down ㅎㅎ I'm looking forward to it. Right now, I can only think that I made the right choice with the hospital...ㅠㅠ I'm so grateful to the director... Every time I go for aftercare, everyone treats me kindly, and I really liked that~~ Even though I had revision surgery with buried stitches, they said it probably won't loosen easily, so I don't have to worry much now ㅎㅎ I'll post photos next time once it gets even more natural!!
