The wait wasn't long, and maybe because it was a weekday afternoon, there were almost no people. I thought the manager's consultation was thorough and kind, and during the director's consultation they shaped several different lines for me and didn't recommend treatments that weren't really necessary, but since my eyes are the small type, they mentioned lower canthoplasty and recommended what could be improved. When I said I had severe dry eye, they immediately advised against it. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed, so even if I had a lot of questions I could ask everything, and it felt like they gave me time and told me to ask more, which put me at ease. They said they only do 2 surgeries a day, so I felt they would take care of things carefully, and that made me feel inclined toward them.
