I went around to four hospitals for revision eye surgery, and this was the most disappointing consultation. It felt like they were just trying to play it safe instead of reflecting the patient's needs in the surgery. When they asked what kind of eye shape I wanted, I pulled the skin tight to show them, and they said that meant I would need a forehead lift. I was saying that I wanted that kind of shape, not that I wanted my eyes pulled like that; this is the only place that keeps saying that because my brow bone and forehead lift would be needed, my eyelid skin is too thin to touch. If you just want a single buried suture line on the eyes, it would probably be okay to go there. The before-and-after photos on the website don't look dramatic at all. Because they said they propose the least risky method, I don't think that makes them a good hospital. At other hospitals, they said incision + eye correction would be necessary to get the eyes I want, but here they said buried suture would be enough, and that eye correction would only be needed on one side. They also said, do we really need eye correction? Let's just tidy up the line. But that's not what I want. The quote I received doesn't even include eye correction. The manager asked if I had a celebrity eye shape I wanted, and when I mentioned one, she laughed. I don't know why she laughed^^; I booked surgery at another hospital that gave me a completely different level of consultation on the same day. My surgery is tomorrow, and if the result is bad, I'll admit I was wrong and delete this review.
