Among the clinics I've consulted with, this one is almost the kindest. Everyone from the counter staff to the doctor was so kind that I felt comfortable during the consultation. They seem to check asymmetry well and don't recommend unnecessary surgeries. They consulted with me while looking at the CT image together and checking the length of the septum.
