I arrived about 10-15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. While I was filling out my chart, I could hear the director’s voice. I took face photos, had a consultation with the manager, and then waited for the director. They asked whether I was okay with waiting 10-20 more minutes because the director’s surgery had been delayed. (It took even longer.) I can’t understand why they take reservations if they have surgery scheduled. After waiting more than an hour, I truly thought this place was not for me. I never want to go back there. A fake 1 hour 30 minute wait, director consultation about 5-10 minutes.
