The consultation goes in this order: director’s assistant - doctor - director’s assistant. I felt like I spent more time with the doctor here than at other clinics. I kept asking questions, but they never once looked annoyed and explained everything kindly, one by one. Also, they looked at the style I wanted and clearly told me what was impossible with my current eyes, which made me trust them more. It was a satisfying consultation because they gave detailed explanations and told me the best fallback option too.
