When I went for the consultation, the manager and all the staff were kind, so I felt good. And the director discouraged unnecessary surgeries or surgeries that couldn’t be done, without forcing anything, which made them seem trustworthy. As for how professional they are, I can’t judge accurately because this was my first hospital consultation, but I liked that they immediately figured out the thickness and shape of my eyes and found the eye shape that suited me!
