I am extremely, extremely satisfied. First of all, from the director's attitude, I could tell they were genuinely prepared to listen to the patient's story. As soon as I went in, I thought, ah, I should just get it done at this hospital. The staff were all really kind, and even the nurses were kind. The manager's responses were also really fast.
