The director was kind and explained everything in detail. It seemed like they were trying to listen to the patient’s opinion as much as possible, and they told me why something couldn’t be done when it wasn’t possible. They also seemed confident. The staff were all really kind too. It felt like a hospital where communication would go well. I’m still hesitant because surgery itself scares me, but this is a very strong candidate hospital ㅎㅎ
