Both the manager and the director were kind and professional. It was nice that I got to consult with the manager after consulting with the director, so it didn’t feel factory-like. There was a wait. They kept setting the line several times during the consultation and explaining it. They told me to say only what I wanted and not to do anything unnecessary. The manager treated me comfortably too.
