The consultation was very backed up, so I had a remote consultation. I only did a KakaoTalk consultation, but they answered quite carefully and kindly, so I paid the deposit right away. Whenever I ask something, the manager immediately asks the director and replies, and my expectations for the surgery are rising more and more.
