They never said that my reservation was confirmed, and they did not respond when I asked to change it. They do not answer calls or reply on KakaoTalk. I sent a consultation message on KakaoTalk, but they did not reply all day and then responded at 3 a.m. The doctor has extensive experience, so I want to meet for an in-person consultation, but they keep asking for unnecessary things. I am trying to book a consultation because they do not know my condition well; how am I supposed to explain everything through KakaoTalk? ;
