First of all, there was no one-on-one consultation with the director at all before the treatment, so I was very disappointed that I could not sufficiently explain my skin condition and concerns or receive personalized guidance. Also, since the medical staff performing the treatment kept changing every time I visited, I wondered whether my previous care history was being carefully shared and whether consistent management was being provided. Those expecting systematic, personalized care should take this into consideration. On the other hand, the price and equipment are definite advantages.
