I had rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose several years ago. It seems like they prefer a larger nose over a natural one ^^ (This is just how I felt, not a defamatory or promotional post.) It was too high, so I'm now looking into revision surgery at another hospital~ At the time, I said I didn't like it, but the doctor still gave me an 'L-shaped silicone implant' with what seemed like a very objective and rational judgment. Oh, and of course it may be a different director now, but! The director at that time was extremely unfriendly~ And whenever I called about surgery-related questions, they would say they'd check and never call back good
