I had nose surgery and an epicanthoplasty here about 10 years ago. My nose seems to have shifted to the right? I’m now looking into revision surgery.. The left side looks pretty, but the right side is so strange. It’s completely asymmetrical, and the philtrum doesn’t line up with the center.. The epicanthoplasty is asymmetrical too, sigh
